KUPAN

Collaborative project with communication design & Strategy designers Kennedy Noble and Quang Dao.

Jill, a 38-year-old teacher and busy mother of three, became the core persona guiding this project. Her days are packed with school pickups, kids’ activities, and running the household while her husband travels, leaving her little time for planning or comparison shopping. We wanted to design a solution that reduced her mental load and simplified the small but demanding tasks she faces regularly.

Kupan was our response to that problem. The app focuses on creating quick, personalized kits based on a user’s budget and occasion, removing the need to browse endlessly or manage complex decisions. The goal of the design was to create an experience that feels calm, intuitive, and supportive for someone like Jill, helping her make confident choices with minimal effort.

This project allowed me to explore how thoughtful UI and clear flows can meaningfully improve everyday tasks for users with limited time and high cognitive demands.
